Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Here's how refunds are handled at Stay Royal:
1. Cancellation by Guest:
Full Refund: If cancelled 7 or more days before check-in.
50% Refund: If cancelled 3–6 days before check-in.
No Refund: If cancelled within 48 hours of check-in.
Note: Processing fees (e.g., payment gateway charges) are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Host or Stay Royal:
In rare cases where the host cancels due to unforeseen reasons:
A full refund will be issued.
We will assist you in finding alternative accommodation, subject to availability.
3. Refund Method:
